Breathe In Peace, Breathe Out What No Longer Serves You 🌿💚

Godd3ss Aisha

In a world that constantly demands our attention, sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause and take a breath.

Not just any breath—but an intentional breath.

Breathwork is one of my favorite ways to start the day, release tension, reconnect with myself, and create a sense of calm before life starts pulling me in a hundred different directions.

Many people think breathwork is simply breathing in and breathing out, but it's so much more than that. True breathwork begins deep in the belly.

Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose and allow your stomach to expand. Hold that breath for a few seconds—or perhaps a count of ten, if that feels comfortable for you. As you hold it, think about what no longer serves you—the worries, fears, frustrations, and negative energy that you're carrying.

Then slowly release the breath through your mouth until every last bit of air is gone.

As you exhale, imagine releasing everything that isn't aligned with the person you're becoming.

Stress.

Doubt.

Fear.

Tension.

Let it go.

One of the most fascinating things about breathwork is that we naturally knew how to do it when we entered this world. Watch a newborn baby breathe, and you'll notice their belly rises and falls effortlessly. They breathe deeply and naturally.

Somewhere along the way, many of us stopped.

We began taking shallow breaths from our chest, moving quickly through life without ever truly connecting to the present moment.

Breathwork invites us back.

Back to ourselves.

Back to the moment.

Back to peace.

The beautiful thing is that breathwork can be used anywhere. Before a big presentation. Before making a difficult decision. During a stressful day. Before a workout. Before bed.

Sometimes all it takes is a few intentional breaths to shift your entire mindset.

So today, permit yourself to pause.

Take a deep breath.

Relax your shoulders.

Release what no longer serves you.

And remember:

You are stronger than you think.

You are worthy.

You are capable.

You are amazing.

The breath is always there, waiting to guide you back home to yourself. 💚😌

Light a Candle, Feed Your Soul: The Holistic Magic of Natural Candles 🕯️✨

Godd3ss Alicia

Have you ever noticed how lighting a candle can instantly change the mood of a room?

One moment you’re stressed, overwhelmed, and mentally juggling a thousand things. The next, a soft glow fills the space, a gentle scent drifts through the air, and suddenly the world feels just a little calmer.

That’s the magic of candles.

But not all candles are created equal. Natural candles, often made from soy wax, beeswax, or coconut wax and infused with essential oils, offer more than just fragrance—they can be a simple yet powerful tool for holistic wellness.

🌿 Creating a Sacred Pause

Life moves fast.

We’re constantly connected, scrolling, working, and multitasking. Lighting a natural candle can serve as a signal to slow down.

It says:

“This moment is for me.”

Whether you’re journaling, meditating, praying, reading, or simply enjoying a quiet cup of tea, a candle creates an intentional space for self-care and reflection.

💚 Aromatherapy for the Soul

Natural candles often contain essential oils that can help support relaxation and emotional well-being.

Lavender may encourage calmness.

Peppermint can feel refreshing and energizing.

Citrus scents often bring feelings of positivity and joy.

Eucalyptus can create a sense of renewal and clarity.

Sometimes healing begins not with what we do, but with how we feel.

🧘🏾‍♀️ A Tool for Mindfulness

One of the simplest mindfulness practices is to sit quietly and focus on a candle flame.

Watch it dance.

Notice its movement.

Take slow breaths.

Allow your mind to settle.

This simple practice can help create moments of peace in an otherwise noisy world.

✨ Setting Intentions

Many people use candles as part of their personal rituals.

Before lighting a candle, take a moment to set an intention:

“I choose peace.”

“I choose gratitude.”

“I choose healing.”

“I choose joy.”

The candle becomes a reminder of that intention long after it’s lit.

🌸 Coming Soon to A Godd3ss3s Cr3ation

We’re excited to share that natural candles will soon be arriving in the A Godd3ss3s Cr3ation shop!

🌟 The Glow We All Need

Natural candles won’t solve every problem.

They won’t pay the bills, clean the house, or answer your emails.

But they can help create a space where your mind can rest, your spirit can breathe, and your soul can reconnect with what matters most.

Sometimes holistic wellness isn’t found in doing more.

Sometimes it’s found in slowing down, lighting a candle, taking a deep breath, and remembering that you deserve moments of peace.

So tonight, light a candle.

Dim the lights.

Breathe deeply.

And let your soul enjoy a little glow of its own. 🕯️💚

Father’s Day Isn’t About the Gift—It’s About the Time 💙🌿

Godd3ss Aisha

Every year, Father’s Day rolls around and many of us find ourselves asking the same question:

“What should I get Dad?”

The truth is, some of the most meaningful gifts don’t come wrapped in a box, require a credit card, or arrive with a receipt. Often, the best gift we can give our fathers is something that becomes more valuable with every passing year—our time.

In today’s fast-paced world, we can get caught up in buying things while forgetting that connection is what most people truly crave. Whether your father is still with you, a father figure helped shape your life, or you’re a father yourself, Father’s Day can be an opportunity to nurture relationships and support holistic well-being.

Here are a few simple, meaningful, and completely free ways to spend Father’s Day together.

🚶‍♂️ Take a Walk Together

Fresh air, sunshine, and conversation can be incredibly healing.

A walk through a local park, around the neighborhood, or along a favorite trail creates space for stories, laughter, and connection. Movement benefits the body while meaningful conversation nourishes the soul.

You may be surprised by what you learn when you simply slow down and walk side by side.

🧘‍♂️ Practice Mindfulness Together

Not every father will jump at the idea of meditation, but even a few minutes of quiet reflection can be powerful.

Sit outside, listen to the birds, enjoy a sunrise, or simply spend time together appreciating the present moment. Sometimes peace is found in shared silence.

🍎 Prepare a Healthy Meal

Instead of going out, consider preparing a wholesome meal together.

Cooking creates connection. Sharing recipes, family traditions, and healthy foods can create memories that last much longer than any store-bought gift.

Plus, nourishing the body is one of the greatest acts of self-care we can practice.

📸 Share Stories and Memories

Pull out old photos, watch home videos, or simply ask questions you’ve never asked before.

What was Dad like at your age?

What lessons does he wish he learned sooner?

What were his dreams growing up?

These conversations preserve wisdom and create a legacy that can be passed down for generations.

🌿 Simply Be Present

Perhaps the greatest holistic gift is your presence.

Put down the phone. Turn off distractions. Be fully engaged for an hour, an afternoon, or an entire day.

Presence communicates love in a way that no gift ever can.

A Father’s Day Reminder

At the end of the day, Father’s Day isn’t measured by how much money was spent. It’s measured by moments shared, memories created, and love expressed.

A walk, a conversation, a healthy meal, or simply sitting together can be more meaningful than anything found on a store shelf.

This Father’s Day, consider giving the gift that costs nothing but means everything—your time.

Happy Father’s Day to all fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, mentors, and father figures who continue to guide, support, and inspire the people they love. 💙

Nature Knows Best: 3 Simple Ways to Embrace Natural Healing 🌿✨

Godd3ss Alicia

Life gets busy. Between work, family, responsibilities, and the endless notifications on our phones, it’s easy to forget that some of the best medicine has been around us all along—nature.

Natural healing doesn’t have to involve complicated routines or expensive treatments. Sometimes the smallest changes can make the biggest difference in how we feel. Here are three simple ways to embrace a more holistic lifestyle.

🍃 1. Herbal Teas for Mind and Body

There’s something magical about slowing down with a warm cup of herbal tea.

Chamomile can help you relax after a stressful day, peppermint may soothe digestion, and ginger has long been used to support the body’s natural defenses. Taking ten minutes to enjoy a cup isn’t just about the herbs—it’s about giving yourself permission to pause.

Sometimes healing begins with simply slowing down.

🧘🏾‍♀️ 2. Breathe, Stretch, and Be Present

You don’t need a mountain retreat or expensive yoga studio to practice mindfulness.

Spend five minutes each morning taking deep breaths, stretching your body, or sitting quietly in gratitude. When we reduce stress, we allow our minds and bodies to reset. The world may still be chaotic, but your spirit doesn’t have to be.

Healing often starts with finding peace in the present moment.

🥗 3. Let Food Be Your Daily Self-Care

Fresh fruits, colorful vegetables, whole grains, herbs, and clean proteins aren’t just fuel—they’re gifts to your body.

Instead of focusing on restrictive diets, think about adding more natural foods that nourish you. Every healthy meal is another opportunity to love yourself from the inside out.

Your body is constantly working for you. Why not give it the best ingredients possible?

🌸 The Real Secret

Natural healing isn’t about being perfect. It’s about creating daily habits that help you feel your best physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Take a walk outside. Drink more water. Smile at yourself in the mirror. Meditate. Laugh with friends. Choose foods that energize you. Light a candle and relax.

Healing doesn’t always happen in giant leaps—it often happens through small, intentional choices made every single day.

Nature has always provided what we need. Sometimes we simply have to slow down long enough to receive it.

Be kind to your body, feed your soul, and trust the journey. 💚

Understanding Healing Is Also About How You Think

Godd3ss Aisha

I’ve learned that healing isn’t just about eating healthy, exercising, or getting enough sleep. Those things are incredibly important, but I’ve discovered there’s another powerful piece of the puzzle—our thoughts.

After reading The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy, I began looking at healing in a completely different way. One lesson that stayed with me is that our subconscious is always listening. The words we speak to ourselves matter.

When we constantly say, “I’m sick,” “I’m tired,” “I’m broken,” or repeat negative thoughts, our minds begin to accept those statements as truth. I like to imagine that I’m the captain of my ship, and my subconscious is below deck. It can’t see what’s happening outside—it only follows the directions I give it.

So I started changing my language.

Instead of saying, “I’m sick,” I say, “My body is healing.” Instead of focusing on what’s wrong, I focus on what’s getting better. Those small changes have helped me shift my mindset, reduce stress, and approach each day with hope instead of fear.

Positive self-talk may seem simple, but it can have a profound effect on our emotional well-being. When we reduce stress and negativity, we create space for peace, confidence, and healthier habits to grow. For many women especially, chronic stress can take a toll on the body, and learning to slow down and speak kindly to ourselves can be a beautiful act of self-care.

So I ask you this: What harm could it do to stand in front of the mirror each morning and say:

I am healthy.
I am strong.
I am worthy.
I am beautiful.

It’s time to stop letting the opinions of others define who we are. It’s time to reclaim our bodies, our minds, and our energy. Step into your power, embrace your divine purpose, and become the Godd3ss you were always meant to be.

Namaste. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

The Truth About Bubbles: Why Natural Soaps Don't Lather Like Store Brands

Godd3ss Alicia

If you're switching from commercial soap to a natural bar for the first time, one of the first things you might notice is the lack of bubbles.

At first, I thought something was wrong.

Was the soap old? Was it not cleaning my skin? Was I using it incorrectly?

We've been conditioned to believe that more foam equals more cleaning power. Television commercials show hands and bodies covered in suds, reinforcing the idea that bubbles signify cleanliness. But after learning more about natural products, I realized that's not necessarily true.

The rich lather found in many store-brand soaps often comes from synthetic detergents and foaming agents added to create a luxurious, bubbly experience. While they make the soap feel satisfying, those bubbles don't always translate into better cleansing.

Natural soaps work differently.

They are typically made with nourishing oils and butters like olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, or avocado oil. Instead of relying on synthetic foaming agents, they create a gentler lather that cleans without stripping your skin's natural moisture.

The result is often a creamier, softer foam instead of an explosion of bubbles.

Once I understood that, I stopped judging my soap by the amount of lather it produced and started paying attention to how my skin actually felt afterward.

Instead of feeling tight and dry, my skin felt softer. I didn't always feel the need to immediately reach for lotion after a shower. The cleansing experience felt more balanced and less harsh.

That's one of the beautiful lessons natural living has taught me: bigger isn't always better.

Whether it's food, skincare, or the products we use every day, we've been trained to equate more with quality. More bubbles. More fragrance. More chemicals promising bigger results.

Sometimes the best products are the simplest ones.

Natural soaps remind us that gentle can still be effective. They cleanse while respecting the skin's natural barrier and often contain ingredients that nourish instead of overwhelm.

So if your natural soap isn't producing mountains of foam, don't assume it's failing.

It may simply be doing exactly what it was designed to do—cleaning your skin while working in harmony with your body rather than against it.

Sometimes, less lather means fewer unnecessary additives and more focus on what truly matters: healthy, happy skin.

Natural Soaps vs Store-Bought Soaps: What I Didn’t Think About Before

Godd3ss Aisha

I never really thought much about soap. It was just soap—grab whatever was on sale, whatever smelled good, whatever was sitting on the shelf at the store. It wasn’t something I questioned.

But over time, I started paying more attention to what I was putting on my skin every day. Skin is the body’s largest organ, and it absorbs more than we tend to realize. That simple thought made me start looking at things differently.

Store-bought soaps are everywhere, and they absolutely serve a purpose. They’re convenient, affordable, and mass-produced for consistency. But many of them are built around long shelf life, strong fragrances, and chemical-based detergents that can be harsh or drying for some people. For me, I started noticing that my skin sometimes felt stripped or irritated, especially with repeated use.

That’s when I started exploring natural soaps.

Natural soaps feel different—not just in how they’re made, but in how they feel to use. They’re often crafted with oils, plant-based ingredients, and fewer synthetic additives. Instead of heavy perfumes or foaming agents, they prioritize nourishment and balance.

What I noticed first wasn’t anything dramatic—it was subtle. Less dryness. A more natural feel after showering. A sense that I wasn’t washing my skin down to nothing and then trying to “fix” it afterward with lotion.

Natural soaps also come with something I didn’t expect: intention. You can often tell when something is made in small batches, when someone actually cared about the ingredients, not just the packaging. There’s a simplicity to it that feels grounding in a world where everything is over-processed and over-engineered.

That said, I don’t think this is about declaring one “good” and the other “bad.” Store soaps are accessible and get the job done. But I’ve personally started leaning toward products that feel more aligned with how I want to treat my body—something simpler, more natural, and less stripped down by processing.

In the end, it came down to awareness. Once I started paying attention, I realized even something as small as soap can be part of a larger shift in how I take care of myself.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about choosing a little more intention, one small habit at a time.

Finding My Way Back to Natural Healing

Godd3ss Alicia

There was a time when my first reaction to every ache, pain, or health concern was to reach for a prescription or wait for the next doctor's appointment. Modern medicine has done incredible things, and I'm grateful for the times it has saved lives and helped people through serious illnesses. But somewhere along the way, I started asking myself if there was another way to care for my body beyond simply treating symptoms.

For me, natural healing isn't about rejecting doctors or medicine. It's about reconnecting with the idea that our bodies are designed to heal and thrive when we give them the right support.

I started making small changes instead of looking for quick fixes. I paid more attention to what I was eating, choosing foods that came from the earth rather than from a factory. I tried to move my body a little more each day, even if it was just a walk outside. I focused on getting better sleep, reducing stress, and slowing down long enough to appreciate life instead of racing through it.

I also became curious about natural remedies used for generations. Simple things like ginger tea when my stomach felt off, peppermint for digestion, chamomile to unwind, and mindfulness to quiet a busy mind became part of my routine. They weren't miracle cures, but they reminded me that healing often starts with consistency rather than convenience.

The biggest change wasn't physical—it was mental. I stopped waiting for someone else to "fix" me and started taking ownership of my own health. I became more aware of what my body was telling me instead of ignoring it until something went wrong.

I've noticed more energy, better sleep, less stress, and a greater appreciation for the little daily habits that make a difference over time. It's not about perfection, and it's certainly not about throwing away modern medicine. There are times when doctors, hospitals, and medications are necessary, and I'm thankful we have them.

But I've learned that true wellness often happens in the quiet moments—through healthy food, movement, fresh air, mindfulness, and giving our bodies the chance to do what they were created to do.

Natural healing has become less of a trend for me and more of a lifestyle. It's about balance, prevention, and treating my body with the respect it deserves. While medicine can help us survive, healthy habits can help us truly live.

Sometimes the best medicine isn't found in a bottle at all—it's found in the choices we make every single day.
